  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, items not in their original condition, or items with missing parts).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. 4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@zeeloo.shop for further instructions.

5. Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
