  • Exclusions: Free shipping is available for deliveries within the contiguous United States only. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard shipping methods, which usually take between 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee a specific arrival date. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and holidays may impact delivery times.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently Unavailable: At this time, Zeeloo.shop only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours and check with your neighbors. If the package is still not found, contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Stolen Packages: Zeeloo.shop is not responsible for stolen packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Military Addresses: At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
